3.3.3 Node Growth and Benefits

Nodes have the flexibility to engage in stockpiling sales, referral purchases, or a combination of both based on their business needs. The performance, measured by the number of devices sold through stockpiling, referral purchases and successful activations, will accumulate growth points. As growth points increase, the node's growth multiplier also increases, which boosts the rewards from device activation incentives and ongoing incentives, allowing the node to earn more $BRUSH rewards.

The calculation rules for node growth points are as follows:

Node Growth Points = (Number of Stockpiled Devices * 1) + (Number of Referral Sales Devices * 1) - (Number of Stockpiled Devices Returned * 1)

Note:

• Growth value is calculated and added instantly.

• For node bulk purchases, only the number of devices purchased in bulk is counted. Once activated, the activated device count is no longer repeatedly calculated.

• If node bulk purchased devices are returned to the brand, the corresponding node growth value will be deducted by the growth value equivalent to the returned device quantity.

• As each device code is unique, activated and bound devices cannot be returned. For product quality issues, devices can be exchanged. The exchange does not affect the calculation of node growth value, nor does it affect the calculation and distribution of activation incentives.

• Growth value decays by 5% of the beginning-of-month value each calendar month. For example, if a node's growth value at the beginning of the month is 100, it will decay by 5% of 100 by the end of the month. If the node's growth value increases by 20 on the last day of the month, the growth value on the first day of the next month will be 100+20-100*5%=115.

• The minimum growth value is 1.
